ACCOMMODATIONS

Berthing: Sleeps up to 6 people. Mid-cabin berth is considered master stateroom with king-sized berth, with sink and vanity. Roomy forward V-berth with fill in cushions is considered guest stateroom. Additional guest berth for two in convertible dinette berth.

Salon: Lower helm located on starboard side, forward salon area. Salon has roomy dinette area with interchangeable smaller dinette top. Extra small table available for aft deck dinning. Salon is totally surrounded by windows for excellent visibility and scenic views. Forward stairs lead to galley to lower left, V-berth center forward, and full head to starboard. Stern stairs lead to master stateroom.

Head: Electric fresh-water toilet with roomy full shower door and vanity area. Head located down to starboard off salon and galley.

Cabin Heat: Equipped with two systems: Webasco central diesel and Hot Dot heaters.

Improvements: The following improvements were made in September 2007: new centralized Webasco diesel cabin heater, new interior upholstery: new bed spreads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases; new 17" flat screen LCD television, new Seawitch TV antenna system; new DVD player; and new Kenwood stereo with CD player.

GALLEY

Full open U-shaped galley located down on the port side with teak and holley sole. Includes double stainless steel sink, 3-burner Hiller propane range with oven, Norcold DE 704 AC/DC refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, hot and cold pressurized water system, and 10 gallon hot water heater. Full equipped galley with new coffee pot, toaster oven, dinnerware, serving bowls, pots/pans, silverware, basic spices, knives, etc.

Dinghy and Outboards: 1985 10' Livingston dinghy (Hull # LBC31132A585) with Weaver davit system mounted on stern swim platform. Swim platform has fold-down swim ladder. Mariner M2 2 hp 2-stroke outboard motor.

Canvas: Upper helm cockpit cover, upper helm bimin cover, stern slant stern cabin cover, front windshield and side window covers.

Anchor & Line: Danforth type anchor with 34' of chain and 150' of line, spare anchor setup.

Stern Deck: Detachable small round table, storage counter cabinet, easy deck door access to engine compartments

Other: 4-6 fenders, fender holder on bow (one each side), handheld spotlight

Improvements: The following improvements were made in September 2007: new two-direction electric anchor windlass with helm and deck controls; new transom door in port stern; new rail mount BBQ, new engine compartment heater, new canvas for side windows, upper helm and slant back stern
